Basic Cleaning

Dependable routine cleaning for your home.

Basic Cleaning covers routine cleaning throughout the agreed areas of your home. Our two-person team handles standard surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and the kitchen. This is a great choice for regular maintenance between deeper cleanings.

Deluxe Cleaning includes everything in Basic Cleaning, plus additional attention to detail throughout your home. This option is ideal for homes that benefit from more thorough cleaning on a regular basis.

Core Cleaning concentrates on the kitchen, all bathrooms, and flooring throughout the home. It's a practical option when those areas need the most attention. Additional rooms or areas may be included by arrangement.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning provides detailed cleaning of a vacant home, including agreed cabinet, drawer, and shelf interiors. This service is designed for homes being prepared for new occupants or left after a move.

A note on service scope

Our teams do not hand-clean, dismantle, or detail-clean ceiling fans or light fixtures. Surface dusting is limited to safely accessible areas. We do not clean electronics, wash walls, remove pet waste, move items over 10 pounds, or climb beyond a two-step ladder.

We do not perform mold remediation, restore damaged surfaces, remove permanent hard-water etching, or provide post-construction cleaning. If you have questions about a specific task, please ask our office before your appointment.
