Service Agreement
The following outlines the terms and conditions of cleaning service provided by Image Maids. Please review this information before your first appointment.
Scope of Service
Image Maids provides residential cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of scheduling. The scope of each cleaning is determined by the service type selected (Basic, Deluxe, Core, or Move-In/Move-Out) and any additional arrangements confirmed with our office.
Our teams do not hand-clean, dismantle, or detail-clean ceiling fans or light fixtures. Surface dusting is limited to safely accessible areas. We do not clean electronics, wash walls, remove pet waste, move items over 10 pounds, or climb beyond a two-step ladder.
Scheduling and Access
Appointments are scheduled through our office. Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the home at the scheduled time. If access cannot be obtained, a lockout fee may apply.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact our office as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your scheduling priority.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact our office promptly. We will work with you to address your concerns.
Pets
Please secure pets during the cleaning appointment. Pet-related conditions in the home may affect scope and pricing. Our office will discuss this with you when confirming your service.
